Vivaz Restaurant seats 400 people and features a Buffet style Latin American Churrasco Grill, with roast lamb, beef, pork, Chorizo sausage, and devilled chicken wings carved onto your plate. 

Included are other delicious hot dishes, such as pasta Neapolitana and our famous vegetable medley, as well as exotic salads, seasonal fresh fruit, desserts, tea and coffee. 

All are prepared by our very own Head Chef Vigi and his assistants.
